What to Do if You Need Help

If you need help with: your subscription, class & student admin, setting homework or understanding results, the help centre will have most of the answers you need.
If you are finding you are not able to resolve your problem, please contact us. You can do so by:
- Emailing [email protected]. We will endeavour to reply within 24 hours.
- Using the Chat Window in the homework manager. We will endeavour to reply within an hour (although we are usually much quicker).
